Italian Brisket
Italian Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. sliced brisket (thin), 1 pkg. au jus by french's, 1 pkg. french's italian salad dressing mix and 1 to 2 green peppers, sliced round, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put meat and mixes into crock-pot with only 2 cups of water. Cook long time, 6 to 8 hours is fine.
Add green peppers last 30 to 45 minutes of cooking.
Serve on French rolls, with little Au Jus on bread.
