Italian Bread Sticks
Italian Bread Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 cube butter and 1 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put flour, salt and sugar in bowl.
Cut in butter as you would for pie dough.
Add water and yeast.
Knead well.
Let rise about 45 minutes.
Punch down and divide dough into 4 parts.
Roll each part to about 12-inches.
Cut into 12 or 14 pieces.
Roll each piece as thin as a lead pencil.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until done.
