Italian Biscotti
Italian Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together all ingredients to form dough batter.
Make a strip of wax paper for length of cookie sheet to put batter on it. Form loaf shape onto wax paper (use flour on hands if sticky). Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown, then remove biscotti while hot.
Place on cutting board while hot and slice. Put cookie back on cookie sheet and bake in oven, flat, for about 10 minutes.
