Italian Beef Gravy
Italian Beef Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 c. water, 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes, 1 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme and oregano, a few drops of tabasco and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

To roast beef drippings, add water plus 1 bouillon cube for each cup of water.
Add marjoram, thyme, oregano, Tabasco, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and green pepper.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Add thinly sliced beef and marinate in gravy in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
Take meat out to heat gravy, then put beef back in.
