Italian Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. roast (pot, chuck, etc.), 3 to 5 tbsp. oregano, 3 to 5 tbsp. garlic salt and 1 large can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove excess fat from roast and cut roast into large chunks. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
Simmer until meat can easily be shredded with a fork (approximately 8 hours).
