Italian Beef
Italian Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. boneless roast, medium onion, garlic, 2 to 3 pkg. dry good seasons italian dressing and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Trim fat and cube roast.
Place in crock-pot.
Slice small amount garlic; chop onion and add to beef.
Add seasonings and water; stir.
Cook in cook pot overnight.
Stir occasionally. Serve on sliced steak buns and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
