Italian Bean Soup
Italian Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 carrots, sliced, 1 large potato, diced, 3 stalks celery, cut fine and 1 large onion, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute first 5 ingredients in microwave for 15 minutes and add chicken stock, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
Cook additional 10 to 15 minutes until vegies are tender.
