Island Salad
Island Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head lettuce, 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/2 green pepper, sliced, 1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing and 4 (1 lb.) lobsters, cooked and meat picked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare tossed salad from listed ingredients.
Other salad items can be added based on preference.
Set the salad aside. Saute the picked lobster meat in margarine and Cajun spices. Dress the salad with vinaigrette salad dressing.
