Island Creamery Sweet Potato Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sweet potatoes (mashed), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine and 2 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix melted margarine with sweet potatoes and sugar.
Add to Bisquick, mixing thoroughly.
Knead lightly and pat out on floured board.
(May need to add extra Bisquick if too sticky.)
Grease baking pan and bake at 400Β° until done (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
Makes 2 dozen.
