Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. crisco, 1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375°.
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Add egg and beat until blended.
Combine flour, salt and soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
Cool 2 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
