Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. butter flavored crisco shortening, 1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine peanut butter, crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add egg, blend well. combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix until blended.
Drop by teaspoonful, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes.
