Irish Whiskey Cake
Irish Whiskey Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, double strength coffee, 2 tbsp. bourbon or scotch and 1 large carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Make yellow cake according to directions, except substitute double strength coffee for water called for.
Bake in two round layers.
When layers are cool, split them in half.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon whiskey on each cut, except for rounded top.
Spread Cool Whip on each cut surface and top.
Stack layers.
Refrigerate 8 hours (24 is better).
