Irish Soda Bread
Irish Soda Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine milk and vinegar.
Set aside until the rest is mixed. Mix all dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, caraway seeds and raisins.
Mix lightly with a fork.
Add the milk with the vinegar.
Put in pan to bake.
Melt butter, some sugar.
Spread on top of dough.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
