Irish Potato Cake

Mix sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and 3/4 cup melted butter. Add vanilla, mashed potatoes, salt, pecans, milk and water.
Stir in flour with mixture.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Add raisins.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes in oven at 300Β° in 3 cake pans.
