Instant Lemon Cookies
Instant Lemon Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 egg, 1 c. rice krispies and 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Using electric mixer, combine butter and egg.
Mix in cake mix and lemon juice.
Batter will be very thick.
Mix in Rice Krispies using beater or by hand.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake approximately 8 minutes.
Do not brown.
Let cool briefly, then remove to surface covered with paper towel.
Store in covered container.
