Indonesian Pork
Indonesian Pork is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast, salt and pepper, c. hot water, c. molasses and c. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place metal rack or trivet in bottom of slow cooking pot. Sprinkle pork roast with salt and pepper.
Put trivet in pot; pour hot water around pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until done.
Remove meat from pot.
Place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter.
Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, marmalade and ginger.
Brush oven cooked pork.
Brown in 400Β° oven for 30 minutes, brushing several times with sauce.
