Indonesian Chicken Sate is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breasts, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. soya sauce, 2 tbsp. water and oil or butter (to baste chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut boned chicken into 3/4-inch cubes.
Thread 5 to 6 cubes onto each skewer.
Mix garlic, soya sauce and water.
Dip the threaded chicken pieces into this mixture.
Grill until meat is done, basting with oil to prevent drying out.
Turn several times. Do not overcook.
Serve with hot Peanut Sauce.
