Indian Summer Salad
Indian Summer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add orange juice, pineapple and oranges.
Pour into 8 x 13-inch pan.
Chill until firm. Prepare topping by mixing Dream Whip and pudding according to directions on individual boxes.
Fold together and spread on top of gelatin.
Chill.
Serves 12.
