Indian Rice
Indian Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 c. beef broth and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion and cook until golden. Add rice and cook, stirring continuously, until light brown.
Add broth, raisins and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Stir and cover. Reduce heat; simmer 14 minutes.
