Indian Pudding
Indian Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. cornmeal, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring milk to a boil. Add cornmeal.
Stir constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from stove. Add eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and molasses.
Mix well.
Put into baking dish about 2-inches deep. Cover with wax paper.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 400Β° in a pan of water or until wax paper can be lifted without paper sticking.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
