Incredulada Enchiladas is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 2 tbsp. diced green pepper, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 2 c. taco sauce or salsa and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, heat oil and saute green pepper and onion for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add beef and brown lightly.
Pour off excess fat; discard.
Stir in taco mix, water and 1/2 cup of taco sauce.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
