Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 4 oz. shredded cheddar or jack cheese, 3/4 c. bisquick and 2 sliced tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 400Β°. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with Pam. Cook meat and onion.
Stir in seasoning mix. Cook to blend. Spread in pie plate and top with chilies. Beat together the skim milk, Bisquick and egg until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Continue baking until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
