Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco mix, 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained and 1 1/4 c. 2% milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 9 1/4-inch pie dish.
Cook and stir beef and onion; drain.
Stir in taco mix; spread in pie plate. Sprinkle in chilies.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth with wire whisk.
Pour over meat and chilies.
Bake 25 minutes; top with cheese then tomato slices.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Cut to desired serving size.
