Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.
Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, guacamole and shredded lettuce.
