Impossible Shrimp Pie
Impossible Shrimp Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen small shrimp, 1 c. shredded american cheese, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 1/4 c. chopped green onion and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease a deep 10-inch pie plate. Mix shrimp, cheeses and onion in the pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth 15 seconds on high speed in a blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour over shrimp mixture. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes to set.
Cut into 6 or 8 servings.
