Impossible Seafood Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. uncooked, peeled shrimp, 1/4 c. chopped green onions, 1 c. cheddar cheese, 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed small and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place shrimp, green onions, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a greased 10-inch pie pan.
In a mixing bowl add Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Beat together with a mixer and pour on top of shrimp mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes on 400Β°, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
