Impossible Quiche
Impossible Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled (2 c. fully cooked ham can be substituted), 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss or american cheese, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease 9-10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon or ham, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate.
Place remaining ingredients in blender-blend on high speed. Pour into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean; 50-55 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate leftovers.
