Impossible Quiche
Impossible Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), fried crisp and crumbled, 1 c. shredded natural swiss cheese (about 4 oz.), 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. bisquick type baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly on bottom of lightly greased 10-inch pie plate.
Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour over other ingredients in pie plate.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean from center of pie.
Serves 6.
