Impossible Pie
Impossible Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 tall can evaporated milk, 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1 1/8 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter the bottom of a 10-inch glass pie pan.
Spread flaked coconut in pan.
Place all other ingredients in blender; blend well on high speed.
Carefully pour over coconut and make sure all coconut is moistened.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes, or until lightly browned and set like a custard.
Makes its own crust.
