Impossible Garden Pie
Impossible Garden Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped zucchini, 1 c. chopped tomato, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
