Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
Beat eggs well and add sugar, flour and milk.
Add vanilla and melted butter.
Stir in coconut.
Divide mixture to full two pie pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes its own crust.
