In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, flour and margarine until well combined.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pie plates.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Crust forms as pie bakes.
