Place all ingredients, except coconut, into blender or food processor (with chopping blade).
Blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into lightly greased pie plate, preferably glass.
Sprinkle coconut on top and pat down with back of large spoon. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350Β° for 4 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Serves warm or cold.
