Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix into blender.
Blend on high 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese.
Blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
Bake until firm 40 to 45 minutes.
Spread cheesecake topping over top after cooling.
