Brown beef and onion.
Put in a 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mix together milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper.
Beat one minute.
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Cut and serve.
