Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Use a 10 inch iron skillet.

Cook the hamburger and onion over medium heat.

Break the meat up into small pieces with fork and drain.

While meat is frying, combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Mix well with whisk until smooth. When meat is done, pour the batter over it in the hot skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven, cut into 8 wedges. Serve.
