Imperial Crab Meat
Imperial Crab Meat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 c. parsley and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute green pepper in butter.
Blend in flour and add milk gradually to make a cream sauce.
Remove from heat.
Add egg as mixture cools.
Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley and crab meat and blend.
Place in greased baking dish and bake 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
