Imperial Crab
Imperial Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. backfin crab meat, 1/2 green pepper, partially cooked in 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1 chopped pimento, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place crab meat in colander and rinse off with cold water to get rid of any grit.
Place crab meat, pimento and green pepper in bowl.
Combine other ingredients and gently fold in casserole. Garnish with pimento strips.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 3 well.
