Imperial Chicken
Imperial Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut up fryer, 2 c. bread crumbs, 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 1 c. crushed garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then into the crumb mixture.
Be sure each piece is well covered.
