Imperial Chicken
Imperial Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 halved chicken breasts, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line baking pan with foil.
Mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Remove skin and excess fat from chicken breasts. Season chicken to taste with a blend of Morton's "Nature's Seasons" black pepper and Cajun King's Cajun herbed spice mix.
Melt margarine and mix with garlic.
Dip chicken into margarine and garlic mixture.
Then, dip into Italian crumb mix.
Place chicken into foil lined pan with crumbs.
If there is any margarine/garlic mixture left, pour over prepared chicken pieces.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
