Ida Duff's Orange Marmalade
Ida Duff'S Orange Marmalade is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can grated pineapple, 2 lemons, 3 oranges, 1/2 c. water and 3 lb. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Removes seeds of lemons and oranges; chop in food processor. Mix together.
Add pineapple, sugar and water.
Stir to dissolve sugar. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 1/2 hour after mixture starts to boil and not more than 3/4 hour at the most.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses and cover with paraffin.
Makes 8 jelly glasses.
