Iced Coffee
Iced Coffee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. coffee, 3 qt. boiling water, 3 sq. baker's chocolate, 8 tbsp. sugar and 5 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil coffee in water until coffee is the desired strength; strain out grounds.
While still hot, add chocolate, sugar and vanilla.
Cool to about room temperature.
Add milk.
Before serving, add ice cream.
Put ice cream in large punch bowl and pour coffee mixture over the ice cream just before serving.
