Icebox Tea Cake
Icebox Tea Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 beaten eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. vinegar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine and sugar well.
Add beaten eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and vinegar.
Mix until well blended.
Sift together flour, soda and baking powder; add to mixture.
Chill in refrigerator.
Shape into silver dollar size rolls.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill until ready to bake.
Slice thin.
Bake on greased cookie sheet, 8 to 10 minutes (350Β°) or until light brown.
