Icebox Strawberry Dessert
Icebox Strawberry Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. cubed angel food cake, 1 small box vanilla instant pudding, 1 c. cold milk, 1 pt. or more vanilla ice cream and 1 small pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place angel food cake (cubed) in bottom of large, rectangular pan, 2 inches deep.
Mix vanilla pudding, milk and ice cream. Spread over cake.
Mix jello and hot water.
Add frozen strawberries.
When mixed, pour over other mixture and refrigerate. Ready to serve when jello sets.
Serves 12 to 15.
