Icebox Pie
Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box jell-o (3 oz., any flavor, red or green recommended), 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk and 2 baked and cooled graham cracker crusts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put Jell-O, boiling water and sugar in a bowl.
Mix well until Jell-O and sugar are dissolved.
Chill mixing dish, beaters and evaporated milk.
Pour milk into mixing dish and whip until foamy.
Fold in cooled Jell-O mix.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crusts (makes 2 pies).
Chill until firm.
