Icebox Lemon Pie
Icebox Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. whipping cream, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 can eagle brand, 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar; press firmly into pie pan.
Whip cream; add lemon juice and Eagle Brand. Whip until all ingredients are well blended.
