Icebox Fruit Cake
Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box vanilla wafers, 18 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. canned cream, 1 lb. chopped nuts and 1 lb. cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crush the vanilla wafers and mix with fruit and nuts. Melt the marshmallows in canned cream and mix well into fruit nut mixture. Put mixture into loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Press well and store in refrigerator.
