Icebox Cheese Cake
Icebox Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 large carnation milk, chilled and 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Line pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with crumb mixture and pack. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water and let cool.
Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
Add to Jell-O mixture.
Have milk cold; whip until stiff and add Jell-O and cream mixture.
Whip 3 or 4 minutes and add drained crushed pineapple.
Mix well.
Pour into pan and sprinkle about 1 cup crumbs on top.
Then refrigerate until firm (overnight).
