Icebox Cake
Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes social tea biscuits, 1 medium jar applesauce (approximately 10 oz.), 2 pt. whipping cream and 1/2 tbsp. sugar (more or less to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place a layer of biscuits in a baking tray, approximately 9 x 13-inches.
Top with a layer of applesauce.
Add another layer of biscuits and applesauce; end with biscuits.
Place in refrigerator for approximately 3 hours.
After 3 hours, remove from refrigerator.
