Icebox Cake
Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pt. heavy cream, 16 cookies (can be single layer cookie or filled cookie) and 1 tsp. confectioners sugar (add to whipped cream if using single layer cookie, if sandwich cookie, may want to eliminate additional sugar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Whip heavy cream until it stands in peaks when beater is lifted up.
Have your favorite deep casserole ready and spoon a layer of whipped cream into bottom of casserole dish.
Then place a layer of cookies on top of cream and thereafter a layer of cookies and a layer of cream until cookies are used up.
Last layer should be a layer of cream.
